My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient, close to where we needed to be, but the hidden entrance and lack of an elevator made it a bit challenging. The rooms looked clean but had an unpleasant asbestos odor, and the broken room temperature unit was a letdown. The service was terribly rude, especially when requesting basic amenities.
